Welcome! I’m Ruby,

I am a metaphysical psychotherapist and holistic healer. I believe wellness is our birthright and natural state - one that we can return to with intention and support.

My work lies in the intersection of spirituality and the embodied human experience - I help clients get back into their bodies to reconnect with their innate wisdom and intuition, and attune to their own inner guidance system. When we cultivate an awareness of both our divinity and humanity, we become who we intended to be: whole, authentic, embodied. We gift our unique beauty to ourselves and the world.

My orientation is transpersonal, holistic, and integrative. I blend talk therapy (Compassion-Focused Therapy, Radical Acceptance, CBT) with somatic modalities (EMDR, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Reiki, Somatic Awareness, Mindfulness) to promote holistic healing and build resilience. I believe our return to wholeness needs to reflect our multifaceted, multidimensional nature as human beings.

My specialties include spirituality, anxiety, conscious parenting, trauma resolution including C-PTSD, attachment-related issues, codependency, and childhood & family wounding. I work with adults, adolescents, and children.

I support the inclusivity of all human beings in my practice and practice with the utmost respect for your individual beliefs, helping you use them to access your own truth, wisdom, and healing capacities.

Services & Fees



Individual Therapy

My work centers on shifting belief systems to be in alignment with your highest self – while simultaneously attending to and releasing the accompanying emotions that are often stored in the body. In this way, old patterns are released, and we naturally return to a state of alignment.

I work with adults, adolescents, and children.

Sessions are 55 min in length and are offered weekly or bi-weekly, in office, outdoors (weather permitting), or via telehealth. I work with adults, adolescents, and children.

Private Pay rate: $120/session, with the availability of sliding scale fees for those experiencing financial hardship.

Insurance rate: $140/session. I accept Premera, Lifewise, and Blue Cross.


‘Parenting in Community’

A monthly group for parenting support, drawing upon principals of conscious parenting. Compassionate, supportive, and accepting of all manner of parents (e.g., biological, foster, adoptive, grandparents, step-parents, etc.).

One of our most challenging and crucial societal roles - and you were never meant to do it alone.

Sessions are 90 min in length and are offered monthly, in office, outdoors (weather permitting), or via telehealth

Vibrational Sound Therapy

Vibrational Sound Therapy is a personalized, one-on-one sound healing technique in which Himalayan singing bowls are placed directly on the body to drop clients into a meditative state. VST is a powerful way to optimize healing and reverse the impacts of chronic stress.

Post-session, clients report a permeating sense of relaxation and a calming of the mind. Pain and tension are eased, anxiety is soothed, and the energy of the body is allowed to flow freely once more.

Sessions are 55 min in length and are offered in-person, in office or outdoors (weather permitting).

$80/session


Explore the primary modalities I work with:

  • The psychotherapy I offer is built upon the tenets and tools of Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Radical Acceptance, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I find that these well-researched approaches work well together - I weave them in an individualized way based upon the unique needs of each client.

    Common themes in my approach include: mindful + compassionate awareness of our inner state, a somatic experience of emotions, fostering safety and acceptance, re-parenting, and shifting beliefs to be in alignment with your true self.

  • Conscious parenting invites parents to cultivate compassion, mindfulness, and acceptance of our own experiences as parents first. When our experience is honored and we learn to advocate for our needs, we naturally unearth a more emotionally-centered and spacious capacity to meet our children.

    Communication with your child, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence are cultivated within conscious parenting. We “zoom out” and look at the larger picture of the relationship between you and your child, and learn to tap into your natural parental intuition.

    Research demonstrates that conscious parents and their children tend to experience less stress. Parents also report greater satisfaction with their parenting choices.

    Offered in both individual and group settings.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is a highly-effective and well-researched modality that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress of disturbing life experiences. The brain’s information processing system naturally moves toward mental health - if the system is blocked or imbalanced by the impact of a disturbing event, the emotional wound can linger. Once the block is removed, healing naturally resumes.

    Research has demonstrated that by using EMDR, people can experience the relief from traumatic memories and events that traditionally took years with psychotherapy.

    EMDR is not right for everyone. We will determine in session whether this modality may be beneficial for you.

  • Although we are born into a natural state of somatic awareness, this connection is often muted as we begin to experience wounding in the world. Cut off from feeling our experience in real time, we are left to cycle through unconscious pain and patterns.

    Somatic awareness aims to reforge this connection with our bodies. We acknowledge and honor our dissociation as an adaptive trauma response, and begin to cultivate mindful attention to our current sensate experience– slowly at first, and then more fully with time. Self-awareness, safety, acceptance, and curiosity about our experience invite us to begin to feel again.

    Freed from the burdens of trauma and attachment wounds, our body once again becomes a powerful resource for inner-knowing and connection to our deepest selves.

  • Vibrational Sound Therapy is a personalized, one-on-one sound healing modality in which Himalayan singing bowls are placed directly on the body to drop clients into a meditative state. Through the rhythmic pulsing of the sound through the air, and the vibrations through the body, we release the burden of our thoughts and emotions and allow our vibration to naturally rise. In this state, healing is the most natural phenomenon.

    Post-session, clients report a permeating sense of relaxation and a calming of the mind. Pain and tension are eased, anxiety is soothed, and the energy of the body is allowed to flow freely once more.

  • Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes a meditative state, reducing stress and anxiety through the gentle movement of energy. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

    Reiki can foster healing after injury/surgery, stimulate the body’s immune system, relieve pain and tension, and promote our innate healing abilities. If you’re already in good health, regular Reiki treatments can enhance your ability to respond to stress and serve as a form of preventive medicine. After a session, clients often report feelings of peace, relaxation, security, and wellness.
